Affordable Housing Information
Prospective residents wishing to apply for an income/rent restricted unit in a project participating in the Spencer 68 program must apply and be income and asset certified at the participating property. It is the property's responsibility to qualify prospective tenants for the program. Prospective tenants for the programs should: Inquire directly with properties you are interested in to find out about vacancies. All households applying must disclose all income sources and have their income and assets verified prior to signing a lease. 1 months’ worth of consecutive pay stubs.
Additional documents that may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets.
