When can I tour The Spencer 68?

We are currently conducting tours now!  We can’t wait to show you our community, so please give us a call to schedule an appointment, or feel free to drop by our Leasing Office located at 6711 NE 182nd Street.  We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-6:00PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00AM-6:00PM.

How do I know which units are available?

Use our handy Floor Plan finder on the “Choose Your Home” page where you can search units that are “Available Now”.  Maybe your dream unit has already been leased? If that is the case, complete the contact form and will search to find you a similar unit or let you know when this unit will be available next!

How long does it take to receive approval of my rental application?

Our screening company is fast and efficient! Typically, an application will be processed between 4 and 48 hours. Apply here.

Hold can I home a home and take it off of the market?

You can place a $300 hold fee down through this link provided. In doing this, you will reserve the home and it will be taken off of our availability. Place hold fee here.

When can I move in?

Wow, you are excited, and we love that! The Spencer 68 homes can be held for up to two weeks past the date they are available for move in or past the date you place your hold fee down.

What do the units look like?

With 13 different floor plans to choose from, no two units are alike! Each apartment provides you with a ton of value like smart, modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and spacious open floor plans with lots of windows. What types of floor plans does The Spencer 68 offer?

With more than 138 different apartments, we are sure we will find the perfect home for you! Choose from 1 bedroom, Open 1 bedroom (our version of a studio), 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms or a unique loft. Some units have dens for work or study, polished concrete or wood flooring, and a single car garage. Visit our Choose Your Home page where you can select which features are important to you and “customize” your new home!

So, what exactly is an Open 1 Bedroom?

It’s sort of like a studio apartment, but better! The bedroom has three walls and a closet, but instead of a typical door, it features a sliding barn door in select units. So modern and cool! The bedroom flows into the living areas, but you don’t have to sleep with your head next to the fridge like many studio apartments. It’s truly the best of both worlds. Do the apartments have washers and dryers?

You bet! No need to save up quarters… each apartment home features its own full-size, energy efficient, stackable washer and dryer. Check out more apartment amenities here>>

Will there be parking available?

Yes. To school or work and back, parking is available on-site! We have guest parking too and plenty of bike storage. But don’t worry if you don’t have a car- The Spencer 68 is so close to public transit!

Will there be bike storage?

Absolutely!  Plus, we’re only a couple blocks from the Burke-Gilman trail, so we have no excuse! And don’t worry: we even have an on-site bike repair room! Or borrow one of our three Spencer 68 cruiser bikes, exclusively available for our residents.

How much is rent?

Rent varies based on unit size, location in building, and features. Each unit has been carefully value-priced according to its unique characteristics. You can find all of our floor plans listed on our floor plans page. Can I have pets?

Absolutely, Fido is more than welcome. Cats and goldfish too. We also feature a private dog run area exclusively for our four-legged residents. And we will help you find an awesome dog walking service or vet, too!

Can I pay my rent online?

Yes! Pay anytime through our online portal available to all residents.

How do I schedule a maintenance request?

Once you become a Spencer 68 resident, you will be assigned an AppFolio profile where you can easily keep submit any maintenance requests. It’s pretty darn cool.
